Country Oaks Care is a gracious residence licensed by the State of California for 6 residents (60 years or older) as a Residential Care Home for the Elderly. Ambulatory aides & wheelchairs are acceptable. We are licensed for 2 hospice guests at a time. We provide room, board, housekeeping, supervision, and personal care assistance with basic activities like personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and walking. Our residence is a single level home with 2 private rooms, 2 semi-private rooms and 2 full restrooms.
