Lifestream Home Care I

Lifestream Home Care is a licensed, 6 - bed residential care facility for the elderly offering care, supervision, activities, and accommodations for seniors. Each guest receives personalized care based on their needs. We promote a socially stimulating environment. Activities include: picnics, bbqs, outings, and games.
