Anaheim Hills Home Care is a newly remodeled, 6-bed residential home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Anaheim Hills. We are only five minutes away from Kaiser Hospital as well as local freeways, restaurants, and shopping centers. We provide transportation to Dr.'s appointments and various monthly outings. Residents requiring special diets, Dementia care, or wheelchair access are welcome. Respite stays can be arranged as needed. License # 306002641
